Residential Building Overview Projection 2011-2012 Home Design Trend Prediction

New Year not for too long will come, it’s only a couple next weeks when the 2010 will be replaced by 2011. We know that 2010 home design trend dominated by residential building with minimalist design and simple home architecture. How about the 2011 home design trend? I think minimalist architecture style still dominating 2011 home architecture but the 2011 home design trend will give a lot of more attention to environment friendly design. In any places around the world we are often hear that the environment activist always said to save our earth by using environment friendly materials and recyclable materials, the main purpose of course to keep save our planet from extinction.

 

 

Environment friendly design I think just not limited on the 2011 home design trend but also including the furniture design trend. From my point of view, the 2011 furniture design trend will be dominating by modular furniture with recycle able material. Modular furniture will be 2011 favorite furniture remembering practicality furniture assembling inside the house. Furniture which construct from recycle material also will be favorite furniture option at this New Year because the recycle furniture price usually more affordable than other.

Lets we look forward 2012 residential building overview, what will be the 2012 home design trend at this year? Here I give a little 2012 home design projection, but remember it! It is just an opinion from me. 2012 will be a very top years for residential building development and home design trend transition. If the 2011 home design trend dominated by minimalist home architecture with environment friendly concept so there is not too far with  2012 home design trend, but I think 2012 home architecture tend will be dominated by prefabricated home design and environment friendly modular home design. Why prefabricated home design and modular home design become 2012 home design trend? That’s was only one reason, assembling practicality. That’s all just my opinion and what will be the next home design trend let we see in 2011 and 2012.
